Yes — every vehicle in our fleet is listed individually with its own photos, specs, and availability calendar. When you book a specific vehicle, that exact car is reserved for you. We do not operate on a category-only basis where any similar car may be substituted.

Your booking is submitted instantly but requires a short review before full confirmation. You'll receive an initial confirmation email straight away, followed by a second confirmation from our team within 2 hours. Bookings submitted outside business hours are confirmed the next morning.

You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number, vehicle details, pickup location, and payment summary. You can also check your booking status at any time by logging into your account and visiting My Bookings. If you haven't received confirmation within 2 hours during business hours, contact us directly.

Yes. You can request changes or cancellations through your account under My Bookings or by contacting us directly. Changes are subject to vehicle availability. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable on the deposit. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, cash at the branch, and payments via payment link or QR code. Full payment or a deposit is required to secure your booking. Cash payments must be made in person at our branch before vehicle release.

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required at the time of vehicle pickup. The deposit amount varies by vehicle category — standard vehicles require $300 and premium or luxury vehicles require $500. The deposit is held temporarily on your card or collected in cash and released within 5 business days of your vehicle being returned in its original condition.
